Egarding the malfunctioning of the mobile

I am shipra singh and i purchased the fly handset costing rs4000/ in the month of august and since that time it has gone to its service station thrice for various reasons i cannot handle it anymore it has failed me during the time of emergency and crisis i want my money back i cant take it nemore or give me a new handset
