Dear sir/maidem

this is rohit kumar mishra from rewa (m.p.). i purchased fly LX 600 from MAMTA Supar BAZAR rewa date of 02/10.which IME no is 356983010122729 and battery s no. is 80410094. after parchasing this mobile hand set, i found problem in its spekar, battery and also its screen had damaged.

well i gave my moblie hand for repairing in INDORE (MP) Fly care at ACCEL Front line ltd. date of 23/02. and said by servic center that u will get urs handset within 8 working day but now it is 04/05 means more then 75 day but i hav not receive my mobile, and whenever i make to call there they said "part is not available" and also some time they said to me urs moblil's part is coming next week so what is actualy happend? plz halp me. and do needful, i m very disturb with this plz help me as soon as posibal,
