Don't buy Fly any Model because iam given 5 time given for Repair (within 3 month) and 14 times send mail to Fly mobile service centr any one not responce properly, i am not recived any responce your side and i called to so many time to customer care (0120-4141640) but not satisfied to answer coming, .

why are you dalay for exhange mobile or refund.

i called to Pranav infocom (bangalor) but they are saying your mobile sent to HQ, why are you sell mobile, not given proper service.this is oplus service customer care and service attend complint.
