Fly Mobile DS 500
No Spare availablity

Dear Sir,

I bought a new FLY mobile DS 500 model 15 days back for Rs.9000.00 i lost the USB/Charger cable, when i contacted the dealer Univercell, Chennai they replied that they dont have spares, they diverted me to their service center M/s Accel Frontline, Greams Road, Chennai. they replied very coolly that they dont have spares but they do only service, then i check with www.flymobiles.in it shows some 4 dealer in chennai address without phone number, then i visited those places across chennai city all of them speak that they were not related to fly mobile and they stopped dealing with fly mobile. When i spoke again with the Univercell Palavakkam branch, one gentleman Mr. Abdullah, CCO said the lost was becoz of my irresponsible and no spare cable is available. This is wat the story going on, even though i am ready to pay the charges the spare was not available in the market, since it was a new/unreputed brand the local / duplicate make was not also available. The value of Rs.9000.00 no body ready to realize even the manufacturer as well as the dealer, now i still searching of new cable by spending more and more on it. Kindly consider my case to get my hard earned money or the spare at the earliest. Is there any possiblity to get back me solotion. Please
