Problem with mobile Model E-300

Hi

I own a FLY E-300 model mobile, purchased 8 months before. There are numerous problem i`m facing now with the Handset (neither i can hear properly nor i can see the screen. The display has been totally corrupted.).

I already logged a complain and gave my mobile for service in one of the Service center i.e in Pranav Infocom (Bangalore).

I have been running back to the shop and trying to call them regularly but all in vein. Its now more then 1 month since they have reverted back or have solved my problem. Its quite irritating as i`m not even able to use my mobile properly.

Based on the above mail the Customer care asked me to submit my mobile, as they guarantee that they will solve my problem in priority and at the earliest. And now its 2 weeks since i have deposited my mobile and they have not even cared to call me and update me regarding the problem.. I even don`t know whether i will get my mobile back in working condition or not.

Please help if possible.
