Fly mobile MC-120
Under warranty issue

I am yogesh jogi from Ahmedabad (Gujarat), i have purchase one fly mobile m.no. MC-120 from m/s. KHAZANA on 9th October Invoice no. 4768 and now i face some problem in handset like charging problem and hands free is not working act. i have submit my handset to the dealer point and they send to service centre after 6 to 7 days service centre guy is asking me it's out of warranty because physical damage but handset is perfectly working no physicaly damage, only problem is hands free not working and charging is not done.
