10-11 months for a mobile repair!

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchase FLY SX200 on 1/4/08 from Popy mobile store, Colaba, Mumbai for Rs 4800 /- after 10 days I have many problems with my cell so I took it at customer care at Tardeo Mumbai. From that point of time I am facing many problems & till now I have not received my mobile. My warrany perod is over. Check the details below

I have miss place my 2 job sheet My mobile has not been replaced or repaired. I have talk on the phone to the company in delhi even wrote a letter (1 June 08) but I think its of no use. My mobile phone was with you people for 6 -7 month then also its has not been repaired or replace.

I just request you to do just one thing ie… refund my bill amount. Or otherwise am going to consumer court.
