Automatically rebooting

Hai, i purchased new fly-mc160 mobile on 31/10/09 in saravana stores, chennai, tamilnadu,

battary charged and start using on 01/11/09 (sunday), from start i faced problem of rebooting.i am very disappointed.so, i went stores i informed about problem on 02/11/09 (monday), they directed to go service centre.i have choosen siva communicatiion in velacherry, chennai,

there, they recived hand set with all accessories and made a chart sheet, and they replied, they have send complaint to company office.then they give approvel to give new piece.but no response from service center.i called they saying no reply from office. i am reaily disappointed.

i searched no complains site for fly mobiles.
