After replacement of handset

I had purchase this handset september. the camera of my handset was replaced in feb.2009. but my complains were... image was not adding with contact, a hairline appeared in camera veiw, handset was heating, bad contact with charger.

I have sent my set to servece centre five time for repairing. after all my handset replaced and i got

it on last week,

but my problem has not been removed. and image is not adding with contact, sometime hairline appear in camera view and picture quality is not good as it was in my new handset.

and niether contact no. is working nor they are repling my mail.

so please suggest me what should i do.
