FLY - MODEL FX300
CHARGING PROBLEM

I bought a cellphone (Model No. fly FX 300) of company 'FLY' on date 07/11 from Sangeetha, # 26/3, H.M.T. Main Road mathekere, Bangalore- 560054. Ph. no 91 80 41673789 . On date 08/06, I found that my cell is not charging properly, it did not get the proper display. Then i went to Authroized Service center that is 'Adonis Electronic Pvt. Ltd, # 4138, 2 nd main 2 nd cross, Bangalore Ph no 91 80 23122672' of FLY company on date 10/06 (Contact person Mr. James). They people Checked my cell physically and found that there are loose connection in charging connector. They kept my mobile almost for 1 months and finally telling that part is not available.

This for your information. Kindly give status please.
