When phone was ring then automatically switched off

I am purchsed fly mx230 mobile on november 10. the model was very bueatyful. i love this mobile but after one year when any incoming call comes then my phone automatically switched off. I am going to service sentre and telling this problem. she was saying this is overcharge so you have change your battery. when i am asked to give me a new battery so she was saying this model has not prodused, so i am not give to do, when the battery was find out i will confirm you but sir/madam you have to confirm me why this problem occured and why mobile handset switch off.my mobile no. is 9923011719
