the road starting from jakholi adda to bijli board (disst. &- kaithal) is fully broken. Further the railway fatak is permanently closed. This results in a very misrable condition for women, children, students, patients, etc. As common man like us can not approach ministers for the same, so you are requested to instruct concerned to mend the road.
