Display Problem

Very Unsatisfied with mobile service center

I bought a cellphone (Model No. fly SX 210) of company 'FLY' on date 31.05.2008 from M.H.MUMTAZUDDIN TIMES (P) LTD. KOLKATA 700001 On date 01.05.2009I found that my cell is not working properly, it did not get the proper display. Then i went to Authroized Service center that is AURA TELECOM SERVICES PCT LTD. 15B, 1 R.N. MUKHERJEE ROAD, MAZZANINE FLOOR. KOLKATA 700001 PH : 03340053205 of FLY company on date 02.05.2009.They people Checked my cell physically and found that there are scretches on panels and loose panel and also have display problem. They kept my mobile for MORE than ONE months and till they not served my cell. I walk for enquiry five times and by phone more than 20 times. they told you come next and next week but no result.
