Fly SX210 Mobile Handset
Not reparing the handset under warranty

I had purchased the mobile handset of Fly brand model no SX210 from "THE MOBILE STORE" vide Invoice No. GJ5013 on 5'th October @ Rs 7339.00. The address of the shop 6, Kanaknidhi Appt., Nanpura, Surat. Phone no 0261-6451435
It was a touchscreen phone. I had given for repair @ Kash Peripherals, address: 6/669, Moti Sheri, Laldarwaja, Surat-395001. Phone No 0261-2436550/51. I had given for repair due to Non working of Touch Screen properly. They had given me the receipt for the same, Receipt no FApr027/09 Dt. 04/04/09.
The IMEI no of the phone is 355592010347265. When I gave the handset only the touchscreen was not working properly and rest the whole phone was working properly.
When I contacted after some day's they said we had sent to company. After some days when I contacted them they said that company is saying that there is water in the handset. How can it be possible that there was water in the handset and when I gave the handset for repair the whole phone was working except Touch screen. Now they say that the handset is completely dead and they are not replacing the handset or reparing it under warranty.
Please look in the matter and do needful as when I go to them they are just passing the time giving different excuses.
