Subhiksha Mobile stores selling mobiles at higher prices

Hi,

I purchased FLY SX210 mobile set from Subhiksha Mobile outlet in Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi on 17th Nov'07. It costed me Rs.9850.

I had put the faith in Subhiksha Mobiles as they are advertising themselves as providing the cheapest rates. However, i founded out within a day that my faith was wrong and i have been cheated off.

Same mobile with all the same features was available in Mobile bazaar of Big Bazaar in Rs.9290.

A clear difference of Rs.560. When, i called to the Customer Care they asked me to first call the Yusuf Sarai centre and when i called there, they stated that they cant do anything in this regard.

I want to know why there is a difference of Rs.560 and if there is no valid reason then why cant they reimburse me the amount difference.
