Fly sx225
Delay in service

I have bought a fly sx225 before 2 months and after one month data cable of the phone was completely out of work i have complained for it on 5th nov and my cable is not exchanged yet (27 nov 08) it is about 22 days . cable have only the warranty of 6 months in which about one month is spent in delay of service. my phone is switched off in these 22days. please help me.
