I have purchased the Fly V 100 handset on 14th June from your outlet in Jaipur - Shop No 163, Sector 3, Kiranpath, Mansarover. The Invoice detail are 382100641 dated 14th June. Care pack (Carpack A - 011107) was also taken for the same. The handset developed a fault and would automatically switch off & could not be switched on. The set has been given for repairing to your mansarover outlet on 6th of August and after doing n nos of follow up with your staff, we were told that we can collect it yesterday. When we went to collect it, nothing has been done & set could not be switched on. Needless to say, I was shocked by such irresponsible behaviour of your staff. When I tried to talk to your manager over the telephone, he was very much reluctant to come over the telephone. We have given two day notice to your staff to replace the handset as it is new set & such major fault is not acceptable. I hope you will ensure that a value added services will be provided this time by your outlet and appropriate action will be taken against the defaulters.
