Dear Sir,

I had purchased mobile phone model: V100, on 27-mar, in the month of july, i got the display problem, while visiting your service center (service plazma) located in Gandhi nagar jammu (J&k) on 23- july, they people say that due to strike the enginears are not comming so come after strike.

On Ist september when strike is over I deposited the cell at your service center under tag no: JKG 1/9/08, but till today I had not get the cell back, and from last week Mr. Manhas (incharge service center) is saying cell had lost due to shifting of service center we are serchanging the cell, can you please tell me due to negleance of your service center why I suffer, Also i try to seak the help from your ZSM (Mr. Sanjay Amala) but he also not able to help me any way

Please help me to get the cell back without delay and cant force me to send you the notice through consumer court. the details of cell is given below:
