Fly/v100i handset
Handset changed at service cente

I bought a fly v100i (imei-356845014771792) handset on 30th nov. It disfunctioned with problems of low battery backup, low noise in reciever. I submitted it to shree balaji telecom, kalkaji, delhi-110019, on 25 aug. They returned handset on 22 oct and changed the handset. the handset given to me was used & was in bad condition. the given handset have imei no-356845014766370. it had problem of white display & it is again saubmitted. the service center & customer care (ph no.01204141640) gives no satisfactory answers. I want my original handset back otherwise provide me new handset.
