Phone retrun with same problem after one month

Dear sir my phone is fly v120 IMEI no.354603019467565

when i buy this ph. only 1st time insert sim is working other sim is not working last one and half month.

i am take over this ph. for your service centre in haldwani dist.nainital state uttarakhand india.

we receved ph. after 15 days with satisfication that ph. is working all right.but problem is same.

i am trying to meet your engg.but he is already absence.

please do the needful work for this matter.

than i am going to consumer form to solve this problem.

i am in troble what can i do without phone.
