Dear Sir,

My self Patil Baburoa, I purchased Fly Mobile (FLY V-60) From Prashant Mobile Shopee & Electronics, Shop No. 9, Neelay Complex, Anandnagar, Sinhgad Road, Pune 51. But after 6 Months i saw problem in my handset (Display Problem) I already gave my mobile at Custmer Care at Kolhapur (Sony Ericsson, Authorise Service Partner KSP SERVICES on 29/04 as per the suggetion from Prashant Mobile Shopee & Electronics, but till date I dont received any call from that centre & when I m going there the Executive told me "DISPLAY IS NOT COMING FROM 2 MONTHS" SO I demanded the D.O. letter, but Custmer care is not gave. This is not good answer from the Custmer care Side till today 2 Month are going but no answer from the Custmer Care Centre. Kindly note the same & do the needfull in the matter.
