Purchasing of new gas connection

Sir,
I want a new connection of indane gas from my nearest agency named "Sonam Gas Agency", Hajiganj, Patna City. They tell me the rate for new connection Rs. 3100. It is the right rate for new connection. Becasue when I consult with the Head office of Bihar which is at Exhibition Road, Patna then they tell me the rate for new connection Rs. 2900. So, Can you give a right price list which I shom my nearest gas agency. Another question that I want to ask with you that it is necessary that we have to purchase a gas chulla with a new connection.
