Clarifications have not been given till date

There was a advertisement given by the radio in mid-day regarding a contest which is still running. I have certain issues to be clarified from the company. These are the following confusions:

1. Misleading Advertisement in newspaper.

2. What is the selection criteria of per day winner

3. Selection criteria for the grand prize winner.

4. Terms and conditions of this contest.

5. I was not been able to avail the Gifts promised to the daily winner by the radio. I have facts for that.

Kindly help me whether this case would into:

1. Misleading Advertisement

2. Consumer Protection Act

3. MRTPC

4. Information & broadcasting

and is there rule or guidelines for any company or radio channel before launching any contest.

Can company sue me back or any condition.
