COMPLAINT AGAINST PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY

I went to a Placement consultancy name FOCUS CORPORATE ALLIANCE PVT. LTD-JOBS VALUE, 202, BAJAJ HOUSE 97, NEHRU PLACE, NEW DELHI-11019. PHONE # 32717299 & 26484900 about job as a Merchandiser. They charged 1100/- rs as consultancy charges & asked to reply within 15 days. I do the registration # 51453. But after that till yet i did not receive any requirment or even a single phone call from them. messages. I sent so many emails, but no reply. Also making so many phone calls. But person name RAMESH (who did registration), is always unavailable receptionist say like this. After that i also visit them after 4th July. They were making excuses that they dont get the emails & any kind of messages. I asked them to open the net & show me emails. I saw my email & they say dont worry you will get reply within 7 days. Now its high time now. They are not responding, NO PHONE CALLS & NO COMMUNICATION. You pls suggest what should i do? These peopls are treating like hell to candidates. They just take money & then dissappers.
