My husband was working with this company until September'08. He quit in Oct'08.They have not paid him his salary for the months of July'08 and August'08. When he quit this company his salary for the months of June'08-Sept'08 was pending alongwith travelling expenses which he incurred on company's business.
The company has been paying us in bits and pieces and keep assuring us that they would make the final settlement of all dues which comes to Rs.36, 000/-.
We are quite fed up with this organisation and urge people not to do business with them. Their staff keeps giving excuses that there is no body to sign the cheque or there are no funds, however, almost every month their CMD goes on some or the other overseas trip. Their managers do not take our phone calls when we call from our own phone number. This organisation is based in Delhi and we have to each time keep making STD Calls. Pls assist in a quick resolution
