Non Issuance of Ration card

Sir,

1. I am resident of DA block in Shalimar Bagh.

2. Upon transfer from Jaipur to Delhi, I applied for ration card at

concerned office in Razapur village in Rohini.

3. My duly filled in Application form No 368975, along with

surrender certificate was submitted on Dec 20th via

Acknowledgement Receipt No 000256373.

4. I was informed that my ration card would be issued in two

months time. There after every time I am informed that it is

still under process.

5. Even after one year my ration card has not been issued and no

valid reason has been given to me.

6. I do not know who should I approach to. Where can I lodge

complaint against the callous and indifferent attitude of the

staff of concerned office.

7. Can somebody help or guide me?
