FOOTOVER SLOPEBRIDGE REQUIRED at JAMALPUR E Rly for DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN

During boarding in train at Platform no. 3 at Jamalpur Railway station of Eastern Railway, my mother (age 75 yrs) could not cross foot over bridge with steps only.

Requesting under construction foot over brige with slope to facilitate disabled and senior citizen.
