I have purchase a school shoe for D P S kolkata from MAYUR 2/1, old court house corner, tobbacco house, kolkata -1 bill no. 3658 dt. 5-11.

the shoe is totaly faided and i am deposit at mayur o 20-11 and the same was deliverd on 28-11 .

but in a month the shoe is again faided and look very dirty whats can i do
