Colour feded and bedly damadged

I have buy a school shoe no 5 from MAYUR 2/1, Old court house corner, tobbaco house, kolkata-1 vide bill no 3658 dt. 5-11 . within 15 days the shoe is bedly feded and deposit at mayur on 20-11 the same was repaired and delever on 28-11. after a month the shoe is again bedly feded and my child is not in possition to go to school in that shoe.

if RBK company is given this type of shoe than the REPUTATION of company is down in market.

please look in the matter and arrange to replace the same.
