Not getting service

I am Sindhu. My phone numer is 9886456516. Three week before I called customer care number and asked them to service my purifier. They gave me the complaint no.-81413294. But till now I did not get the service. Every day I am calling and remembering them. Every day they says today they will come. Atlast, last week one man came and told we have to change one part the purifier. H told now it is out of stock, within two days it will come, then he will come. I don't know his name his phone number is 9379794616. After two days I called him, then all days he repeating the sentence "tomarrow I will come". Again I called cusrumer number they again repeated the same sentence. Now more than three weeks I am buying the water. After buying the purifier buying the water is very bad. What I have to do??? Please take necessery actions.
