Forbes Aquacare RO
Installation still pending due to damaged piece

Sir,

I am Minesh Patel, have purchased Forbes Aquacare RO from Big Bazaar-old MADR on 28th March. For installation technical Person came on same day in evening after installation when he was doing trial run water was liking from the main unit.person said 1 pipe is damaged in the unit, he will come and replace the same.next day onwards we use to do 4 to 5 calls every day but he is not responding properly and at service center person on phone desk telling we will send some one. I must say this is a very irresponsible behavior of company towards customer.

Kindly look at the matter.
