FORBES aquaflo water purifier
Leaking aqua flo and poor customer care support

I have purchased forbes aqua flo 7 month back. after 3 month of its instalation it start leaking. I filed complaint against it. First of all service engineer came after 7-8 call. He inspect it and said its manifacturing fault. When i asked him write his finding on paper and han it over to me so that i call company for change. But he straight forwardly Refused. And later i come to know he secretly charge 200 Rs for inspection. I shocked to haer all this. Iam really fed up of this . still my complaint persist. Now i have no option other than going to customer care. Hope to Get compensastion for all this problem.
