Service not provide during the AMC contract

Dear sir

This is to bring a serious issue in your kind notice.

We had an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) worth Rs 900/- for the water purifier services with your company “AQUA PARADIES” (Shop No 64, sector 56, Wazirabad Gurgaon.)

SPICR No. 397 Date: 9/03/08

The period of CONTRACT was from 9th March to 8th March.

During this period of contract we were entitled to the following:

1) Two free services that includes cleaning and inspection of the water purifier.

2) Replacement of prefilter candle maximum once in the contract year.

3) Replacement of activated carbon granules twice in the contract year.

In the last one year we have been provided only one service with one prefilter candle replacement and one activated carbon granules replacement.

Our second free service and one carbon granules replacement are still due.

No person from the maintenance office had visited us in the last one year (during the contract) for providing us our due service.

I have called the concerned person (Narayan joshi-9211307533 who made the contract) number of times regarding this issue,

But he had simply declined to provide us our second due service and instead asked us to pay for the same.

I have also tried to contact the 24hour-customer service helpline Number-9350595448.But this number is temporarily out of service.

I am really harassed by the careless attitude shown by your maintenance staff who, after making the services contract,

never show up again for providing the services as per the legal contract.

I here by request you to address our concerns and provide us our free due services at the earliest.
