I had purchased a Forbes water purifier - Designa from a reputed store (Big bazaar) around one and half years back. This product started giving problems after approximately six months of use. It would not start and water used to not get discharged.

After I raised a complaint, they send a technician who seemed very callous and said there is no problem. However the problem recurred almost the very next day. This story of raising complaints and they sending technicians continued for more than 4-5 times. They could never solve the problem permanently.

I am presently fed up with the product as it seems to work when it wishes and stop working when it wishes (which is 90% of the time). I am thinking of throwing the purifier to the kachra dabba (thats what its worth) and purchasing a philips water purifier.

Hope everybody sees this complaint and think twice before they purchase any aquaguard product.
