Forbes Springfresh Water purifie

I bought water purifier from forbes 7 months back. I wanted a reinstallation because of address change. I called up their customer care centre and they promised 24 hrrs turn around time for re installation. Today its third week and I have been calling the concerend person and getting the same aner that will be there at your home in another 1 hour.

Now I lost my patience and I'm planning to go to consumer forum.
