For House Building Loan

I have applied for a loan Rs 6 lakhs for HBL. My old house is a very damaged condition and for which i have applied for the same. As per the requirement of your nearest branch at Asansol Br. (Axis Bank) i have already submitted all the relevant documents relating to the said loan. The Axis Bank of Asansol Br. (w.B.) had told me the loan will be sanctioned and credited to your account with in 10 to 15 days. But when i asked them for the said loan everyone has avoiding. Sir, i really donot understand why the company is delay for issuing the same. I am working at DPSCL ltd at Dishergarh, Asansol, Burdwan.as an Asst Manager (Accounts). I am sorry to say that, no co-operation has yet been received from Asansol Br as well as Durgapur Br. I have the ability to repayment capacity. Kindly look in to this matter please. The concerned person at Asansol Br has harrasing us By Mr Malay Mondal, Mr Arup Babu, Mr sukanta Roy etc etc.

My old houses is a very damaged condition and any time the accident may happen, i expected the amount will be credited to my account and the construction job will be started. but due to unfair activities of your nearest Br at Asansol (Axis Bank) i am now in very difficult situation. Kindly look into this any let me know when could i possibly expect to get the sanctioned amount.
