For Local Police Verification
Enquiryof passport as no P.S. verification is not yet done

I'm Sangram Banik. S/O:-LT. Janardhan Banik. Vill:-Sukanta Pally, Hospital Road, P.O P.S:-Manu Bazar, Dist:-Sabroom, South Tripura.(Permanent Address). Pin No:-799143, I've been residing in Bangalore almost for a period of one yr. at Bidadi Hostel, Bangalore Palace, P.O.:-Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore:-560052. this address. I have applied for a passport at 1000/- at Koramangala Passport Office in Bangalore. My Present Police Verification has been done from Bangalore on the 24th of June in 2009.at Higher Grounds Police Station, Race Course Road in Bangalore. It's long since i.e.almost three months that no police Verification has yet not done from my permanent address.

I need urgent enquiry on this delayed local police verification which has not yet done from my side. Please, make ernest enquiry of this file No:-819141809 and Passport Application No:-712985.as per Bangalore Koramangala Passport Office.
