Improper charges by salesman

I bought a formal trousar worth Rs1195 from Moledina rd, Pune showroom on 14 Feb. Sale of flat 50% was on at that time. The trousar came with UNFINISHED LENGTH, as is the usual trend thesedays. When asked for getting the hem-line done, I was charged Rs20 as ALTERATION CHARGES.

My point is that, though a very nominal amt., NO charges should've been forwarded as it was not alteration that I had asked for... It was MY RIGHT TO GET A FINISHED PRODUCT!!

Pls look into the matter, as a co. of repute like JOHN PLAYERS, shdn't hv such technical or policy hiccups. Hope u shall take some action. Thanx.
