Not giving NOC

Sir,

I have taken a loan from Tata Motors finance Ltd. in October. I have already paid the full amount as per your time schedule. I approached to the Tata Motors Finance for NOC for the same at several times. But they informed me that the Two wheeler finance section was taken over by ICICI and further NOC will issued by ICICI two wheeler finance. I Aproached them also at several times. Till today I havve not received the NOC for the same. My vehicle NO. KL 5 L 2154 (HERO HONDA SPLENDER). So I once again request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful from your side to enable me to get the NOC and hypothication cancellation.
