For New Gas connection
Not geeting a new connection

My self Kalinga ray residing WZ-65 (First Floor), Ugarsen market, Ashok Nagar, tilak Nagar. New Delhi-18. I need the a new gas connection . i have gone three time toour distributor Srestha Gas agency, but there response very bad. They are telling me without Ration card you will not get the new gas connection . i don't have ration card. for Adress proof i have MTNL phone bill, PNB bank Statement and for photo ID i have PAN card as wellas employers certificte.

Kindly considering my problem, kindly do the needful action.
