Negligence attitude by fortune cars pvt Ltd. Thane

My four wheeler vehicle was given to fortune cars pvt ltd for some repair work on 6/9/10.On 8/9/10 when i went for a check to the work status, i found that there were good amount of scratches on the left front side of the car bumper which were not there before the vehicle was submitted and i was sure for that.

But the people there were refraining from the responsibility as i had no proof to crack that.

But then i called the surveyor who took some photographs of my car on 6/9/10 for the Insurance claim purpose. In that photograph one of the snap clearly showed that the car had no such or any damage on the any side of the front bumper and it was very clear.

I showed that photograph to the concern authority and still they were trying to act as if they don t know.

I refereed the same to the director Mr. Saxena but he was at his own opinion and was blaming me that i was creating a unnecessary issue and the are right on their side. After a heated argument they unwillingly agreed to get the work done.

But I insisted for an Apology letter from their side, Mr Sexana rudely said that I will not provide you tahat and you can do anything you want as if he was doing an obligation on me after damaging my car.

The idea behind this is to just alert people who leave their car for repair or maintainance work at showroom and trust them. As being TATA Authorised workshop they must follow strict guidelines for customer satisfication but they must be awarded for CUSTOMER DISATISFACATION.Its a clear case of fooling, absuing and cheating the customer and their property.
