I brought my flat in fortune city complex near to kolkata airport. Under my flat builder have placed a huge geneartor which causes heat, smoke, noise and bad odor polluting the environment and creating great disturbance.

Project Site at "155, Old Jsore Road, kolkata-132.

How can I proceed against the builder
