Two times billing

I have used my sbi credit card no 4317541044397852 in fortune kences hotel in tirupathi on 4-08-08.the bill was 1021/ rupees and after adding the tips it came upto 1100 rupees and i have signed for that amount only. but when i recieved my statement it shows an amount of 1021 and 1100 was debited in to my card. how can this happen eventhough i have signed only one payment that too for 1100. so please kindly take necessary steps and credit the 1021 amount which has been debited without my signature.
