No replacement of defective mobile

I had purchased a fortune mobile model C-29 from Sood Brothers of raipur. It did not worked from the beginning. I gave it to Sood Brothers back and he assured to get it replaced it within 4 days but today its over 10 days but I haven't received my mobile. Now they are making excuses that The replacement is coming from Head office and it wil take more time. They have cheated us and befooled us.

Now they do not want to give the replacement and I have been cheated by the shopkeeper. The tin no. of sood brothers is 2254120093.
