Providing expired beverage

At around 10pm i've orderd pepsi from Ranch Bar of the Fortune Pandyan hotel in madurai... i consumed it.. but i felt somewhat different taste, we paid the bill and after that i told my friends about the taste, they asked me to check the expiry date.. i checked it and i found that the pepsi was expired 8 months ago.. we reported the incident with the Bar incharge and asked him to call the Food Manager..he said he will goto manager and ask him to come, he went and manager came asked us to come in the morning, so we asked for the can, he said he had disposed it, thus i need the authorities to give me the compensation.
