I have pre closed my loan on 27-05-08 by paying entire outstanding amount of RS 108314.27 CH NO.913456 and realised from Bank on 29-05-08. But unfortunately till today i have not received documents and your local bank daily tellying some stores. Its not right your part not to give documents even after 20 days.

Please advise your people to handeover my house property original documents immediately.
