Poor Quality Picture and Staff behaviou

Hello All,

I would like to register a complaint against Fotofast Aundh, Pune.

I had framed 4 photos from Fotofast and within 2 weeks, all photo frames had problems of photo getting moist and turning green.

When we went to the Fotofast Aundh, staff did not entertained at all. Amruta- their staff member showed no business etiquete of attending their customer. She told that they are not responsible for this. She was rude and not at all customer friendly. Instead of suggesting a solution and helping customer, she ignored me. First of all, they provide poor quality frames and then their staff members are not at all customer friendly. Worst service.
