Not remitting PF deducted amounts from salaries to PF Account

Sir,

I worked as an Asst. Accounts Manager, in M/s. Frame Tech Services, Hirel Plaza, Sy. No: 8/2, Near Railway Gate, Gundlapochampally, Medchal Mandal, R R Dist. from Feb to October.

During my service, they have deducted Provident Fund from my salary since February to till date and they have not remitted to the P F Office. When I went there and asked about the remittance of the fund into the PF, they are giving vague answers and they said it is not necessary to pay the same. The management is acting their own way and suffering a lot of employees by deducting PF from their salaries and eating the benefits of the employees. It is further to note that they have not remitting PF amounts of their sister concern, ALM Pultrusion Technology Pvt. Ltd., Sy. NO: 8/2, Ground Floor, Hirel Hieghts, Near Railway Gate, Gundlapochampally, Medchal Mandal, R R Dist. Employees contributions also.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and take a severe action against them, of both the firms at the earliest. Your early action is highly helpful to the employees in the company.
