Ph: 0413 2229064 who deals with the supply of Biocaptol a medicine for weight reduction, has supplied me 5 bottles (2 on 24/01 (Inv No 10450) for Rs. 2090.00 and 3 on 26/02 (Inv No. 23560) for Rs.2880.00.) After using the First 2 bottles, I had slight throat irritation and had not lost weight. When i phoned up the company, they said actually some people will have to use 3 more coursesfor better result. When I started the 3rd bottle, I had severe throat and stomach problems and was not even able to talk. As per the doctors advice I stopped the intake of the medicine, and my throat problem was OK within a week. Doctors opinion was that the pineapple extract contained in the pill when mixes with the food in the stomach, some enzymes are produced which irritates the throat and stomach. As per the companys guarantee of refund of money by sending the empty bottles, I had sent the twoempty bottles along with the unsused 2 full bottles stating all these facts on 19/03.

Till now they have not refunded the amount and when ever I send reminders via mail, the answer is "Dont worry, we will surely refund the amount." Recently I have been given 3 Mobile nos. to contact for refund of the money. The Mobile Nos. 09345611601, 09345611602 and 09345611603, which I have been trying almost daily is always busy or swiched off or not attending any calls.
