Franch Courier
Not delivered

My friend Pattabi had sent a courier on12th October from Rajapalayam and I am supposed to receive it the next day (i.e. on 13th October. But I got a phone call from Franch Courier office, Virudhunagar on

14th Oct morning asking me if I can come and get the courier from them. I asked them to deliver it

before 2 P.M. But since I did not receive the couiier even on 14th, I went to courier office on 14th evening & collected the courier. When I asked him why it was late by a day, the person there said that they received only on that day. When I asked why it was not delivered even that day before 2 P.M., they said it was diwali time - an irresponsible answer. I said that I am very much upset with this one day delay and that it was not delivered and I had to come and collect it.
